HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order is shipped, you'll be emailed a tracking number via email.

INTERNATIONAL ORDER:

Be advised that for international orders, the tracking does not update once it leaves the US. You can check with your local post office for updates. Although we try our best, we are not in control of postal services and cannot guarantee delivery of international orders. 

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

We charge a flat rate of $6 for U.S. customers with FREE shipping over $60. FREE shipping for International Orders over $120.

I ONLY RECEIVED PART OF MY ORDER! WHAT GIVES?

If an item is unavailable, we will ship you the part of the order that is in stock. When the other item(s) become available, we will ship you the rest without an additional charge. 

CAN I RECEIVE A REFUND IF I CANCEL AN ORDER?

If your order has not been shipped, please email your cancellation request to enneagrammaven@gmail.com . Depending on the status of your order, at our discretion, we may issue a full refund. We reserve the right to refuse any refund request.

I FORGOT TO ENTER MY COUPON CODE. CAN I APPLY IT AFTER MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?

Unfortunately we cannot apply it to the order post ordering. If possible, once shipped, we can refund the difference. 

I RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM, WHAT DO I DO?

You may notice some discoloration or off white residue on your apparel. DO NOT FREAK! This is a special solution used for printing and can sometimes leave marks during the drying process. These are NOT permanent and will wash out on your first wash. Our apparel is created with the latest tech in garment printing. Additionally, our inks are water based and eco friendly. This makes the feel much softer than tradition screen printing but just as durable.

HOW CAN I CHECK MY EXCHANGE STATUS?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you when your exchange item as been sent out. 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY EXCHANGE TO BE PROCESSED?

Once we have received your return, it should take approximately 7 business days for your exchange to be fulfilled.
